The Bollywood actress who is now flourishing in her Hollywood career and she tied the knot with her star singer husband Nick Jonas on 1st December 2018. Nick Jonas is a judge on the show The Voice. Recently during an interaction with his co-judge Kelly Clarkson, he casually and coolly addressed the age gap between him and his beloved wife Priyanka and blew up the internet. In the premiere episode of season 18 of The Voice, one of the contestants revealed that he is a pastor. Nick Jonas expressed his love for a music group called Philips, Craig, and Dean to which Kelly Clarkson said, “I’m 37, aren’t you 27?”. Nick Jonas humorously responded saying, “My wife’s 37. It’s cool.”

During an interview with a popular magazine, Nick Jonas revealed that it was 2016 when he made the first move and DM-ed Priyanka on Twitter saying that a few mutual friends think that they should meet. She replied by saying that her team can read it so why not just text her and that is how it started. They began texting and Nick describes it as friendly and a bit flirtatious.

A year later, in 2017, at the Vanity Fair Oscars After Party, they met for the first time and when Nick saw her, he put his drink aside, got down on one knee and said out loud, “You’re real. Where have you been all my life?”. After months of flirtatious texting, they went for a drink together before they appeared at the Met Gala 2017 as each other’s dates.
With sparks flying everywhere, the two started dating and in just two months were engaged. It was the midnight after Priyanka Chopra’s 36th birthday and Nick took her to Crete, got down on his knee, took out a Tiffany ring and popped the question, “Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?” and before she said yes there was silence from her end for 45 seconds because she was awestruck and speechless.

A year later they tied the knot in India and their wedding was nothing short of a fairytale. It was a three-day wedding including a traditional Christian and Hindu wedding that took place at the Jodhpur palace in Rajasthan. Priyanka Chopra looked like royalty in her Ralph Lauren wedding dress with a 75 feet long veil for the Christian wedding and a Sabyasachi red lehenga for the Hindu ceremony.
